Steve told me a story about being called urgently to cardiac theatre where a patient was undergoing open heart surgery. Steve walked into theatre and assessed the situation. He needed to get to the operating table however there was machinery and tubes in the way. A particular tube was going from the patient to the machine carrying the patients blood. Steve decided it would be wise to lift said tube over his head and duck underneath it then take the picture and retreating in the same manner. It wasnt until he left the theatre and reflected that he suddenly thought S#@t really dont think i should have done that.
